Episode 5 features, Michelle Dozois, co-owner of Breakthru Fitness in Pasadena. I’ve known Michelle for years and she is one of the most talented Fitness and Pilates Pros I’ve ever met. And she’s super fun too!

Meet Michelle

IMG_8916For over 25 years, internationally recognized health and fitness expert, Michelle Dozois has helped thousands of people lose weight, get fit and lead healthier lives. Michelle’s contagious energy and innovative routines have helped her sell over 4 million DVDs, including the Peak Fit System and Peak 10 DVD series, Bodyfit 360, Pilates for Dummies, Prevention’s Walk Your Way Slim, Dance Off the Inches, and The 10 Minute Solution.

Michelle was one of the stars of Jenny Craig’s “Fit in 15″ and has created workout videos for both Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. She has also contributed to numerous magazines such as Fit, Shape, Fitness, and Natural Health.

As the mom of two teenagers, Michelle understands the challenges of balancing work, family and health.

Michelle’s popular Peak 10 Program is a challenging, fun and results driven 8-week body transformation system, which has helped thousands of people reach their personal Peak level of fitness.

Michelle and her husband, Phil Dozois, own the award winning health club, Breakthru Fitness in Pasadena, CA. Breakthru Fitness has quickly become the “go-to” club in the Los Angeles area and made LA Weekly’s list of “Top 10 Gyms in Los Angeles”. Breakthru has also been selected as one of the top 100 clubs in the United States by Club Industry 2 years in a row.

Michelle is a STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Pilates Instructor. Other certifications include: American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and fitness Association of American (AFFA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and National Academy of Sports Nutrition (NASN).
