Summer Tour is here!
Welcome to our Summer kick off post! We’ve been planning our trip for months now and the time is almost here for me to fly to Madrid for the first stop on our European Tour.
But before I get to Madrid, I want to thank the awesome participants and hosts of Contrologia in Rio de Janeiro. This happened just last weekend and I had an absolute blast. Check out the famous “Astroid Shot” we took after my class- yes – that’s actually the number of participants in my workshop! It was so amazing and energizing and we’re just beginning!
Next stop is our trip to Europe. I leave in just a few days and I’ll be starting this leg of the tour in Madrid at the Akro Moving People in Madrid Conference. Friday is totally sold out, but please join me on Saturday and Sunday for two full days of workshops. I really hope I see you there.
Then, we’re off to London, where I’ll be teaching at a number of studios. After that, please join us in Munich, and Marseille. Plus – We’ll also be doing daily uploads of our tour – so be sure to watch out for new blogs, follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Live Reformer Class on Monday
Join me live Monday for our Live Streaming Reformer Class at 12 noon (EST). And, we’re filming more classes that we’ll post while we’re in Europe. So be sure to visit the Classes and Workouts pages while we’re gone.
The John Garey Show
Be sure to check out the latest John Garey Show – Episode 8 with my guest Kristi Cooper of Pilates Anytime. We’re getting more personal this time. Kristi recently fell and suffered a concussion. In this interview, we talk about her recovery process, what’s she’s learned and how she’s coping. We manage to have quite a bit of fun though, because, well, that’s what I do. 🙂
Check out our latest classes. We just released a Athletic Workout on the Chair, based on one of the workshops that I taught in Rio. You’re going to love this one.
So, that’s it for now. Be sure to meet up with us while we’re in Europe – we’re hoping to meet as many of our subscribers and followers as possible while we’re there.
See ya everyone!
