Summer Body 2018 Program for JGTV

Hey Friends!

I’ll start by saying that Father Time does have a way at laughing at you.  I intended to write this blog post more than a week ago and, well, I think you can figure out how that went.  But, here we are and here we go!

Mike, BamBam, Rocco and I are loving our new home in Wheaton, Il, and we are really enjoying watching Spring burst in our backyard.

And I am loving our new JGTV Studio.  We were decked out with equipment by our friends up at Merrithew.com.  We have added a Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Spring Wall to our set, so look for even more equipment programming in the months to come.

Let’s talk about what’s new at JGTV!

Are you ready for Summer?

Okay – me neither, but there’s still time!  So to help us get ready, I’ve launched the Summer Body 2018 Program!  We filmed a bunch of workouts for you to follow, and there’s so much more!  I also created a private Facebook page for you to join.  It’s for JGTV Subscribers doing the Summer Body 2018 Program along with me.  I’ll be posting regularly, doing live chats, and answering your questions.  It’s a place where we can share favorite healthy recipes, our latest workouts, our challenges and successes.  It’s a community where we can motivate and encourage each other!  The program is 6 weeks and runs from May 7 – June 17.  But don’t worry if you can’t start today.  You can join in any time.

You can also check out all the Summer Body Workouts in Featured Programs on JGTV here.  We’ll be adding more workouts, but there are definitely enough workouts in there now to get you started and keep you busy.  I’ll be posting more details about the program on our Summer Body Page on FB.  So, I hope you’ll join me there!

The John Garey Show – New Episode!

The John Garey Show is now available on John Garey TV.  It’s taken us a bit, but we now have all 4 seasons of The John Garey Show up on the site.  You can see my interviews with the superstars of fitness and Pilates.  This show is so fun for me to do.  I love interviewing people and I love FUN – so I combined those two things to bring you entertaining interviews.  It’s like you’re sitting down to have coffee with your friends!  You get to know my guests on a more personal level.  I’ve interviewed some of the biggest names in the industry, and also people who I feel have great stories to share even if they’re not household names in the industry (yet).

I’m extremely happy to re-launch The John Garey Show on our new platform with a brand new episode:  The John Garey Show goes to the PMA Conference.  Back in October, Adam and I took JGTV on the road and we had a booth at the PMA Conference in Palm Springs, CA (I know, tough gig).  I taught a couple of sessions AND I interviewed 8 guests right in our booth in the expo hall.  It was a blast and we have super fun interviews with some amazing people.  All of the interviews are separated into chapters, so that you can watch them in any order you like.  I’m super proud of these interviews and I really think you’ll enjoy them.  I play games with the guests that Adam and I made up, and you won’t want to miss these – there are some competitive (and really funny) Pilates Pros out there.  Check it out now.

      The workouts for this program are on John Garey TV at https://www.johngareytv.com/categories/9204. They workouts come with notes and each workout has an introduction. You should complete the workouts for each body part 2-3 per week for best results. You can mix those workouts up. For example: Shoulders and Arms Workout 1 on Monday and Shoulders and Arms Workout 2 on Wednesday, etc.

      Then, please join our private FB group. I’ll be doing live videos there, posting nutrition tips, and supporting you along the way. You can sign up for the group on the page and I’ll accept you. Here’s the link for that: https://www.facebook.com/groups/290669861366215/
